Pack your bags.... We're escaping endless New York City winter and heading to the jungle of San Ignacio, Belize! Co-Founder Randi Cerini had the opportunity to visit Belize back in 2018 and absolutely fell in love with the country. This will be our 2nd retreat to Black Rock Lodge, and we can’t wait to share this unbelizeably amazing experience with all of you.
We hope you'll join us on this adventure, filled with surprises, nature, bonding with new likeminded yogis, lots of juicy yoga and mat Pilates sessions led by Randi Cerini and our new lead vinyasa teacher, Kelley Cavallo, amazing local food, breathtaking views from the time you wake up until the time your eyes shut, hiking, seeing wildlife, swimming in blue lagoons and rivers... and much more!
TripAdvisor has endless rave reviews about Black Rock Lodge. We'll practice daily yoga in an open-air yoga palapa, overlooking the Black Rock Falls. Also on the property is an infinity swimming pool and mountain views of Black Rock Canyon... all of this set right on the Macal River. Black Rock grows many of their fruits and vegetables right on site! The rest of their produce comes from the local Farmer's Market in San Ignacio. Meat and fish are also purchased from local vendors. All breads are homemade everyday and juices are seasonal and fresh squeezed... yum!

Sample Schedule:
7:15am-7:30am Coffee/tea, fruit
7:30am-9am Yoga/Mat Pilates practice
9am-10am Breakfast
10am-1pm Either an excursion or free time to relax: swimming, sunbathing, reading, hanging in your hammock, etc.
1:30pm-2:30pm Lunch (if we are on an excursion, lunch will be included)
2:30pm-5pm Free time or excursion
5:30pm-6:45pm Evening yoga practice
7pm-8pm Dinner
After 8pm Free time, stargazing, night hiking, etc.

"The Lodge’s 20 cabins boast stunning views of Black Rock Canyon, the Macal River, and the surrounding rainforest and wildlife. An inviting hammock is provided to enjoy the spectacular surroundings in total relaxation. The cabins are airy one-room structures built to take advantage of the fresh mountain breezes. Fully screened windows and high pitched roof lines create a bright and refreshing rainforest home for our guests. All cabins have en-suite bathrooms and closet areas. Simply decorated, the cabins display artwork created by local artisans and craftspeople."

Making a Reservation:
This retreat has limited space—only 10 spots. You can make your reservation via the PayPal buttons below. Flights to and from Belize City is not included, but we will assist you in booking your flights and provide transportation to and from Belize International Airport. Note: When making your reservation please make sure to note if you are coming with a friend and if would like to room with them by sending us an email at omtribeyogaretreats@gmail.com.

Riverfront Deluxe Cabin
The Riverfront Deluxe Cabin, has 1 king bed, perfect for couples or close friends. This cabin is spacious, comfortable, private, and built to take advantage of the fresh mountain breezes with ample windows and high pitched rooflines. Panoramic views of the Macal River and Canyon are visible from their exterior patios and hammocks. The interiors offer a hardwood writing desk, pleasant seating arrangement, and simple decoration provided by local artisans. The bathrooms include beautiful mahogany woodwork. **Note: a single bed can also be added for those who will not be sharing a bed.
River View Cabin
The River View Cabins, are comfortable and private, built with the same thoughtful design as the Deluxe cabins: ample windows and high pitched rooflines. These cabins have one queen bed and one double bed. They are slightly smaller than the Deluxe cabins, have ensuite bathrooms, and are simply decorated with local artwork. With excellent views of the Canyon and Macal River from the exterior patio and hammock, these cabins are a delightful home-away-from-home at Black Rock.
Classic Cabin
The Classic View Cabin is identical to the River View Cabins, however it is located 15 yards further up the riverbank. It has exquisite views of the Canyon Cliffs, a private bath, exterior patio, and one queen and one double bed.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the terms of our contract with Black Rock Lodge, the following dates are important to note if you need to cancel.
Deposit is non-refundable
Between September 13-November 30, 2023, 50% refund of the balance payment
Between December 1 2023-January 15, 2024, 25% refund of balance payment
After January 15, 2024, no refund
Flight and Transfer Information:
Flights from NYC to Belize City are between $700-$800 right now. There are no direct flights, but plenty of one-stop flights. We recommend booking your flight no less than 3 months prior for the best price. We will begin booking flights in early November- check in with us before you book! In our experience, prices always go way up if you enter that 3 month window. We will all meet at the Belize airport in a Central Location (TBD) and be picked up by our private guide and shuttle that will take us directly to Black Rock Lodge.
